Easy 30 Minute Trader Joe’s Recipes

Looking for quick and easy meal ideas that come together in 30 minutes or less? Look no further than these four recipes made with no more than five ingredients from Trader Joe’s for the perfect week night family meal.

  1. Open-Faced Garlicky Meatball Subs

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Once pre-heated, bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Place garlic gondolas on a sheet pan and bake in oven, with meatballs, for 15 minutes.

  3. Assemble subs by slicing 4 meatballs in half and nestling into garlic gondola halves. Top each half with 1/4 cup sauce and desired amount of cheese.

  4. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove, slice each half into quarters, and enjoy!


2. Grass-Fed Hot Dogs on a Pretzel Bun

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grill, boil, or fry hot dogs according to the package.

  2. Lightly moisten soft pretzel twists and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 degrees F until warm.

  3. Slice pretzels length wise and assemble hot dogs with desired toppings.

  4. Combine salad mix in a large bowl.

  5. Plate hot dogs, salad, pickles, and enjoy!


3. Gyro Bowl with Brown Rice, Tomatoes, & Cucumbers

  1. Cook gyros and brown rice according to package.

  2. Wash and slice tomatoes and cucumbers.

  3. Assemble gyros, rice, and veggies in a bowl or on a plate and top with tzatziki. Enjoy!


4. Pulled Pork Sliders with Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook pulled pork according to the package. Once cooked, mix with preferred amount of BBQ sauce.

  2. Warm rolls in oven at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes.

  3. Mix coleslaw with packaged dressing in a medium bowl.

  4. Remove rolls from oven. Slice in half to form a top and bottom bun, top with BBQ pork, coleslaw, and extra sauce if desired and enjoy!
